Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: September 1, 2026

You can request deletion of your TeksTrader account and associated personal information.

Submit a Request

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your TeksTrader account.
2. Use TeksTrader data deletion request as the subject.
3. Include your TeksTrader username or profile name.
4. State that you want us to delete your account and associated personal information.

Do not include your password, a verification code, payment credentials, or an identity document in the initial email.

If you cannot use the account email address, explain this in your request. We will ask for other information to verify that the account belongs to you.

What Happens Next

We will review the request and verify your identity. We can ask for additional information when it is necessary for verification.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal information from active systems. This information includes profile data, listings, and content that is not subject to a retention exception.

We will send a confirmation when we complete the request. We will process the request within the period required by applicable law.

Information We Can Keep

We can keep information when the law requires it or when it is necessary for:

• Security and fraud prevention.
• Legal claims, disputes, and enforcement.
• Financial or transaction records that applicable law requires.
• Protecting other users and maintaining records of reports or violations.

We will limit retained information to the applicable purpose. Backup copies expire through the normal backup cycle.

Messages or content that you sent to other users can remain visible to those users when removal would affect their records. We can remove your account identity from retained content when practical.

Third-Party Services

Deleting a TeksTrader account does not delete information held by independent third-party services. Contact those services directly to request deletion from them.
