Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TeksTrader website, application, and related services. In these terms, these products are the “Service.”

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must obey all laws that apply to your use of the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account activity and for the security of your credentials.

Contact us promptly if you believe that another person accessed your account. You must not sell, transfer, or share your account.

TeksTrader’s Role

TeksTrader helps users find and communicate with other users. TeksTrader is not a buyer, seller, payment provider, delivery provider, broker, or agent in user transactions.

Users decide whether to complete a transaction. TeksTrader does not guarantee an item, listing, user, price, payment, delivery, or transaction.

Listings and Transactions

You must have the right to offer each listed item. Listings must be accurate and must disclose material defects, alterations, proxies, or counterfeit status.

You are responsible for checking an item, another user, the transaction terms, the payment method, and the delivery method. You are also responsible for applicable taxes and fees.

Transactions are agreements between users. Users must resolve transaction disputes directly unless the Service provides a specific reporting process.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Break the law or violate another person’s rights.
• Offer stolen, illegal, counterfeit, or unauthorized items.
• Misrepresent an item, price, identity, affiliation, or transaction.
• Harass, threaten, deceive, or exploit another person.
• Send spam or unwanted commercial messages.
• Collect another person’s information without permission.
• Access an account or system without permission.
• Introduce malware or interfere with the Service.
• Avoid a restriction, suspension, or security control.
• Use automated access without written permission from TeksTrader.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content that you submit. You give TeksTrader a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only to operate and improve the Service.

You confirm that you have the rights required to submit your content. You are responsible for your content and its effects.

We can remove or restrict content that violates these terms, creates risk, or can harm the Service or another person.

TeksTrader Content

The Service and its original content, design, software, names, and logos belong to TeksTrader or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

You can use the Service only for its intended purpose and according to these terms.

Third-Party Services

The Service can contain links to or integrations with third-party services. TeksTrader does not control these services and is not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability.

Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion through the Data Deletion Instructions.

We can restrict or terminate access when you violate these terms, create risk, or when the law requires it. We can also change or discontinue all or part of the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. TeksTrader does not make warranties about availability, accuracy, reliability, security, users, listings, or transactions.

Some laws do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In that case, the exclusions apply only to the extent that the law permits.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TeksTrader is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This exclusion includes lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, and losses from user transactions.

TeksTrader does not exclude liability that the law does not permit it to exclude.

Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms when the Service or legal requirements change. We will publish the new terms and change the effective date.

Your continued use after an update means that you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.

General Terms

If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the other parts remain effective. Our failure to enforce a term does not waive that term.

These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and TeksTrader about the Service. Applicable law governs these terms.
